Term Of Service Chroma Toons - Make Animation

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Chroma Toons - Make Animation mobile application developed by MoboApp Studio ("we," "our," or "us").   • Chroma Toons - Make Animation is supported by advertising delivered through the AppLovin MAX SDK, Meta Audience Network, and Google AdMob.

  • By using the app, you agree to view advertisements of all permitted formats (banners, interstitials, rewarded videos).

  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the products/services offered by third-party advertisers.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Chroma Toons - Make Animation to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

  • Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Upload, import, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, or extract the source code of Chroma Toons - Make Animation.

  • Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the app or its integrated ad networks.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chroma Toons - Make Animation is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the app and any imported/exported media files is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoboApp Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of Chroma Toons - Make Animation or third-party ad content.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will indicate the effective date of the revised terms at the top of this document. Continued use of Chroma Toons - Make Animation after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
